Poujeaux 2012 75cl Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel Moulis Rebsorten: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet-Franc, Petit-Verdot Der Oenologische Berater ist Stephane Derenoncourt. Die Pflanzdichte der Reben auf Chateau Poujeaux ist hoch und liegt bei 10.000 Rebstöcken pro Hektar. Die Bodenformation ist in der Haupsache quartärgeologischer Kiesel. Die Ernte der Trauben erfolgt von Hand in kleinen Kisten. Die Sortierung der Trauben wird manuell sowie mit einem optischen Sortierungsapparates erledigt.
